The Lotte World complex is a theme park bonanza that also abounds with both shopping and entertainment facilities. Lotte World, a colorful recreational complex offers sightseeing, adventure, mystery, sports activities and cultural events, and is comprised of numerous indoor and outdoor facilities. Lotte Adventure, an indoor theme park area measuring 25,000 pyeong (82,650 square meters), keeps visitors dry even on rainy days with a glass dome that covers the entire space. Magic Island, Korea`s first park built around a lake, is linked to Lotte Adventure via a monorail system and overpass. Popular rides on Magic Island include Gyro Drop, where brave souls experience the thrill of Bungee jumping while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Seokchon Lake. Atlantis Adventure is a daring combination of a rollercoaster and a flume ride, while the recently opened Pharaoh’s Fury is a wild safari simulation into the mysteries of Ancient Egypt.
