N Seoul Tower

  • Recommended

About

It is located on top of Namsan Mountain and is a place where you can get fine views of Seoul. The tower first was built in 1969 as a satellite tower to accommodate television and radio broadcast in the Seoul area. It was opened to the public in 1980. Since then, it has been popular place to relax for Seoul citizens. One of the Korean companies, CJ rented the tower for 10 years. The company renovated the tower in 2005 and it has become more popular than before. There is lighting show every night in N Seoul tower and it begins at 5PM until 11PM with various color presentations. The lighting show of N Seoul tower is very impressive and it is one of the must-see attractions when you visit Seoul.

Seoul attractions : N Seoul Tower

The first thing that you will see when you enter the lobby is the media zone. You can sit in comfortable chairs to watch music video and movie commercials for free. A forest playground is also in the lobby area, a place where children can play with water and sand. Children would feel as if they are a forest and they must take their shoes off before they enter the playground. The second floor is called sky café. You can have coffee while you are enjoying the view of Seoul. It is difficult to find available seat in evening hours because of those young couples in love enjoying the night view of Seoul. The third floor is the highlight of N Seoul tower, which is an observation platform. You can enjoy view of Seoul city in 360 degrees on this platform. Most representative city names of the world are written on each direction and visitors from other countries are glad to find the names of the city where they came from.
