Van Gogh's two years in Paris are recognized as the period which formed him into the artist beyond his times. About sixty of his paintings directly from the Van Gogh Museum of Amsterdam are exhibited, along with the biggest collection of his self-portraits that have so far been assembled.

Devotees of Van Gogh will no doubt revere the depth of his struggles apparent throughout his portraits as the artist that would later herald modernism.

On exhibit at the Hangaram Design Museum until March 24.
