O'Sulloc Teahouse - Myeongdong Branch
Taste O'Sulloc's delicious tea from the tea fields of Dosoon, Seogwang and Hannam on Jeju Island on at O'Sulloc Tea House in Insadong
This café makes a wide variety of things with green tea -- beverages, cakes, cookies, ice cream, and bingsu (a sweet Korean treat of shaved ice topped with various ingredients). Their eco-friendly interior is a harmonious mix of East and West, traditional and contemporary, a suitable atmosphere for a contemporary, metropolitan tea house.
The first floor borrows the design concept of the O'Sulloc Tea Museum in Jeju Island. Here you'll find the Tea Bar and a professional tea sommelier. You can buy tea on this floor as well as purchase a variety of tea accessories, such as porcelain pots and ceramics made by talented artists. There's also beautiful bamboo decorating the interior very nicely.
Enjoy the space on the second floor that exudes a beautiful color and illumination that is representative of O'Sulloc's beautiful, modern and sophisticated aesthetic. On this floor there are many tea-related publications available for your reading pleasure, and you can experience a cultural program related to tea.
On the third floor, you can enjoy a beautiful interior made of smooth wood, polished stone and natural light that bathes the room in a warm atmosphere. There is also a meeting room equipped with presentation equipment, perfect for work-related meetings, and an outdoor terrace that has a nice view of Myeongdong.
